Then Matt Turner from Alameda, California, pitched Serve Community, a gamified app for volunteering for non profits. Great concept!
During this week’s roundtable, we had as our guest, Victoire Laurenty, Associate at Kerala Ventures in Paris who discussed the French eco-system.
Probus Sense
As for the entrepreneur pitch session, we first had Ankit Vaish from New Delhi, India, pitch Probus Sense, an IoT company that is focusing on the energy sector and is already generating revenues.
During this week’s roundtable, we had as our guest, Francis Simisim, Partner at Original Pitch Venture Capital based in the Philippines. We had a very good discussion on how that eco-system is developing.

As for the entrepreneur pitch session, we first had Ashwini Oke from Dalheim, Luxembourg, pitch Asets-Lux, an enterprise software solution focused on the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and a few other segments.

Next we had Rahul Kulkarni from Washington, DC, pitch Sukhi, a mental health solution.
During this week’s roundtable, we had as our guest, Deepen Parikh, Partner at Courtside Ventures, a firm focused on investing in sports related ventures. Fascinating window in a little discussed sector.
Cloudely
At the top of the program, we had Suren Reddy from San Jose, CA, pitch Cloudely, a quote to cash SaaS integration provider with a large number of services clients that is making a push to bootstrap products.
During this week’s roundtable, we had as our guest, Hernan Fernandez, Managing Partner at Angel Ventures Mexico. The firm invests in Mexico, Chile, Peru and Colombia. Excellent discussion on Latin America trends.
Lightwing
As for the entrepreneur pitches, from Bangalore, India, we had Ravitej Yadalam pitch Lightwing, a cloud monitoring and optimization solution for SMEs.
During this week’s roundtable, we had as our guest, Eghosa Omoigui, Managing Partner at EchoVC Partners, a firm focused on the African market. It was a fascinating discussion.
The Westland Concept
As for the entrepreneur pitches, up first we had Rui Jorge Romao from Coto, Portugal, pitch The Westland Concept. Rui wants to build a sustainable clothing brand.
During this week’s roundtable, we had as our guest, Vikas Choudhury, Managing Partner at Pivot Ventures, and President at Reliance Jio. Vikas is one of the earliest Angel investors in India, and invested in early successes like InMobi and Myntra. We discussed the evolution of the Indian startup and venture capital industry.
