First, Rahul Deshpande from Pune, India pitched Ethosh, a multimedia production services firm that builds digital, rich media training, product manuals, and marketing material for large manufacturing companies. Rahul has customers and about $100k of annual revenue. We discussed his growth strategy – where to position, how to get to a repeatable sales process. The business is eminently scalable to a million with a set of very systematic tweaks.
