During this week’s roundtable, we had as our guest Rephael Sweary, President of WalkMe, a wonderful company that has a large number of enterprise customers and significant venture funding. One of the most remarkable things about WalkMe is how they managed to establish ROI evidence very early in the game. Wonderful interview.
Testsigma
As for the pitches, up first, KR Naidu from Bangalore, India, pitched Testsigma. KR is a 1Mby1M Basic member and has generated a good ~50 leads for his product. Next step: converting these leads into paying customers and establishing ROI.
LiveScale
Next Virgile Ollivier from Montreal, Canada, pitched LiveScale. The company helps broadcasters of live video to distribute these live streams across multiple social media platforms. We had a discussion about product vs. service, and I advised Virgile to do bootstrapping using services for a while, get cash, customer intimacy and product feedback, and finish building the features needed to sell the product. In the process, Virgile can also establish the ROI equation.
