1M/1M Content Internships

Readers, I am looking for a few interns to augment the content team supporting this blog and the 1M/1M agenda. You have, by now, become familiar with some of the work we do on specific topics like cloud computing, outsourcing, seed capital, incubators, sales 2.0, healthcare IT, mobile and social apps, gaming, e-commerce and web 3.0, etc.

Behind each of those topics, we invest significant research, interviewing, thought leader engagement, and try to unveil nuggets on trends, blue-sky opportunities, strategies for company building, and so on.

If you enjoy the blog, believe in the 1M/1M agenda, and would like to contribute on the content side, please e-mail me at sramana AT sramanamitra dot com, explaining your background (you can point to an updated and fleshed-out LinkedIn profile), objectives, topic of interest, relevant experience and expertise in that specific area, availability (we need at least five hours a week time commitment), etc. I am particularly looking for interns to help with our cloud computing, outsourcing, seed capital, and incubators/accelerators coverage.

People who contribute to the blog as guest authors do so for the following reasons:
(1) They want to broaden their learning on the topic and develop some core expertise
(2) Engage with thought leaders in a way that they otherwise do not have access to
(3) Develop an online personal brand that reflects their knowledge and understanding of a specific topic with credibility
(4) Resume and reference value

Over the years, a lot of students, young professionals, and even experienced industry experts have participated in the blog, using it as a platform to reach a high-level readership and as a means to engage with people they might otherwise not have a reason to connect with.
