If you want to do so going the venture financing route, then you have to drive hard, and move fast. You have to go from 0 to $100M in revenue in 5-7 years.
Bootstrapped entrepreneurship can be linear growth, slower paced, less stressful. But not necessarily that easy either.
Somewhere in between are options like Bootstrapping or Seedstrapping to an earlier Exit. Could be very lucrative.
