Process to Schedule a One-on-One Session:

1. 1-on-1 Consulting: To initiate this process is by going to the dedicated “1-on-1 Consulting” section on Sramana Mitra’s 1Mby1M website.
2. Payment: The first step is the payment via PayPal and it is $1,000 per one hour.
3. Schedule the Initial 1-Hour Working Session: Once payment is received, you will be able to schedule an initial 1-hour working session.
4. Discussion and Assessment: During this initial session, you will have the opportunity to present your specific business challenges, needs, and goals in a private setting. Sramana will listen, provide initial insights, and assess if a more extended, tailored engagement is appropriate.
5. Determine Further Engagement: If both parties decide that further, more in-depth private consulting is beneficial (e.g., involving Sramana in discussions with your product team, sales team, or customers), the terms of such an engagement will be worked out on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Fees:

• Initial 1-Hour Working Session: Yes, there is an additional fee for this initial one-on-one session. It is $1000 for one hour.
• Ongoing Private Consulting: After that, you can proceed beyond the initial hour into a more comprehensive, tailored engagement for $1000 per hour for as long as needed.
