Caterina Fake and Stewart Butterfield of Ludicorp, a Vancouver, British Columbia-based Company launched Flickr in February 2004. Flickr is a photo-sharing site, which allows users to search, upload, create photo albums and share them with community members. Flickr has 17 million unique monthly visitors.
