As a Premium member of the 1Mby1M program, you get significant direct and private access to Sramana Mitra through group sessions and personalized feedback within those. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect:

• Private Roundtable Sessions: This is a core component of the Premium membership. You can participate in “private roundtable sessions” where Sramana Mitra provides “inputs” and “addresses the exact objectives” you have. These are not open to the general public, creating a more focused and personal environment for discussion. 
• Actionable, Personalized Feedback: Sramana Mitra gives actionable, personalized feedback on Ideation, Validation, Positioning, Go-To-Market, and Financing strategies for your startup.
• Strategy Consulting: 1Mby1M offers a deeper dive into your business model and challenges, guided by Sramana’s expertise.
• Investor Introductions (when ready): Premium members are eligible for investor introductions when Sramana assesses them as “READY.” This involves her direct evaluation and connection based on your business’s progress. She also helps with negotiating terms if you’re approached by investors.
• Not 1-on-1 Consulting (unless specified): It’s important to note that the primary mode of direct access as a Premium member is through the private roundtables. The dedicated, exclusive one-on-one consulting sessions with Sramana Mitra might be requested by arrangement beyond the standard Premium membership.

If you wish to arrange a one-on-one private session with Sramana, you can, if you are an active Premium Program member. The additional fee is $1,000 per hour and it is not included in the cost of the Premium Program itself.
