Had not been following your blog for a while. But your entire analysis on debugging Capitalism 1.0 and the article is exactly I have been thinking ever since I got to see the other side (speculative side) of business after my bschool. Nothing much to add to your views but a very pertinent conundrum which needs to be sorted out soon else we will be again back to bubble economy driven by incompetent bankers and speculators. I sincerely hope this crisis is used as a great opportunity to fix this flawed system – I do not see many signs of this happening though.
