Debjani Deb: Typically, it’s not a popup. The way it renders is that the website itself changes. You wouldn’t even know that it changed. We try very hard to keep away from any kind of hard intervention. The site is changing based on what you are doing.

Debjani Deb: Let’s take an e-commerce vendor. You are shopping on Overstock. You have taken the first click. You landed on the first page. You’ve taken the second click, and now you’re on the product page.

Sramana Mitra: Let’s start by introducing our audience to you as well as to ZineOne.
Debjani Deb: I am the CEO and Co-Founder of ZineOne. We are a Valley-based company. We started our journey in 2014. The goal of that journey was to provide a solution to what the next generation needs in terms of how brands engage with them.
>>>Sramana Mitra: This 30 million patient data is all from your customer base or are you using any other kind of data?
Shantanu Nigam: A lot of this data has been owned by our customer base. We’re allowed to use it. We’ve bought some of the data from the industry. Some of it is the census kind of data. It’s a mix of a lot of sources.
>>>Shantanu Nigam: Most of our nurses are in the profession because they care about the patient. When you have a probabilistic system, by design, it will have one patient slip through it and will not be 100% accurate.
When the nurses care about the patients so much and they see that one patient slips through, their confidence in these solutions goes down. Change management becomes even more complex here. We have to get them through that mindshift.

Sanjoe Tom Jose: A key metric that we built around is time-to-hire. Time is critical. Just to give you an example, some of the organizations have hundreds of thousands of people on their payroll.
