haha first lady is NOT getting it. growth promotes growth. its time to put innovation and growth to the small business. we need to create our own jobs, not the government, not the corporations. 1 million for 1 million, I join your challenge sramana.
i absolutely agree with srimana about voices.com. she can be pretty intense haha.
if voices intergrate a review process (think ebay, couchsurfer), that would be awesome. quality control is important. building trust and accountability. perhaps you can partner voice talent with young audio professionals who are willing to do rough editing, compression effects, noise reduction, to set a quality standard.
hmm maybe voice actors have to "prove themselves" as "inferior" "cheaper" alternatives before they go up in the ranking and get paid more.
subscription can be a good approach. definitely.
