In my opinion from a user standpoint , Facebook is a phase and unless it innovates or caters to a larger user base (interms of say age group) its stands the risk of fading in time.
Microsoft’s strategies are hot on operating systems and office suites but often fall short when focusing on The ‘Net. A strategy for Microsoft would be to court, seduce and even pay webmasters, to get them onside. Google can be beaten because it tends to irritate, annoy and frustrate freelance webmasters. Now I hope Google reads this and desires to chat with me about this point! Microsoft merely needs a good Internet Strategist and my hand is up, Bill. Listen…psssst.
