Jim Cramer thinks YHOO is a potential takeover candidate from four potential suitors: Microsoft Corporation (NYSE:MSFT), or even Viacom, Inc. (NYSE:VIA), Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA), or AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T).
